Support projects the community has already selected. Contributions help investigations reach their funding goals but never buy votes or influence findings.
What funding pays for
A funding goal is attached to a project the community has already selected in a voting round. Contributions cover the cost of that investigation. Funding never adds a project to the queue and cannot move one up it.
Contributions go directly from your wallet to the platformâs Safe treasury on Ethereum. A total updates only once the transaction is finalized, which takes minutes rather than seconds.
What funding does not buy
A contribution never buys a vote and never changes a verdict. An investigation reaches whatever conclusion the evidence supports, including one a contributor would rather not read.
A report is not visible to anyone outside the team until it is published.
If a goal is not met
Every goal has a target and a deadline. Progress and the supporter count stay public on this page while the goal is open.
Contributions are non-refundable by default. If a goal is not met by its deadline, the outcome is recorded for that goal: contributions are refunded, rolled over to another investigation, or the platform covers the shortfall and the investigation proceeds.
